July 3rd Harlan Ranch Catering event. My tri-tip meal cost $15.50. I could have over cooked my own beef, boiled my own box of flavorless pilaf, heated up my own can of chili beans, confused chocolate sauce for barbecue sauce (seriously) and tacked on a Hawaiian roll FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY for less than $15.50 and it still would have tasted better. I’m all for supporting local businesses during the pandemic, but, Lord have mercy, this was bad.
