Took 2 hours to get my food and all I ordered was some wings and bread sticks. They didn’t have respect to tell me sorry or give me anything back for my wait.

They are fortunate enough to have ample outdoor seating. This helps them tremendously in their efforts to practice that thing we all dislike. The staff was delightful. And btw, the whole city of Salida is wonderful. I’ve been a regular visitor to Colorado for over 50 years. My base camps have changed throughout the years. Salida is a favorite.❤️
