Had an amazing experience with this Company They came out and got us set up to get a whole new Unit and the install looks great and the Customer Service was unmatched! Do not hesitate to use Moonlight as they are great at what they do and are there to help with anything you need along the way!!
I had a great experience with Moonlight Mechanical coming out and replacing my unit. I needed a completely new outside unit and it also needed to be moved due to new city codes. They arrived on time, were very professional, highly skilled, and worked very efficiently. They had our new unit up and running in no time. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
This company was by far the best company I've had work on my house in the 5 years I've owned it. The owner is a stand up guy who was refreshingly honest compared to other HVAC companies I've worked with in the past. The techs that came out to install my new system were extremely pleasant and friendly to be around. The best part was out of 6 companies I had talked with and received quotes they were the most affordable by a long shot. I can not recommend them enough!
Our A/C went out last weekend. They came out super fast. Explained what went out. Gave me 3 different quotes for my unit. We opted to replacing the furnace so hopefully nothing else would go wrong in the future. They stayed in contact with us everyday. Very well mannered and respectful. The guy made sure to thoroughly clean up after the job was done. I truly appreciate all of the hard work and help!
I called Moonlight late afternoon on a Saturday, and they had a technician out the next day in less than 24 hours. Even better, their technician had a diagnosis, a plan, and a resolution within an hour of arriving. Incredibly affordable for a weekend call, too! Excellent customer service, and they clearly have a team where everyone knows what they’re doing. Thank you so much for coming out and getting our AC unit running again!
