This company was by far the best company I've had work on my house in the 5 years I've owned it. The owner is a stand up guy who was refreshingly honest compared to other HVAC companies I've worked with in the past. The techs that came out to install my new system were extremely pleasant and friendly to be around. The best part was out of 6 companies I had talked with and received quotes they were the most affordable by a long shot. I can not recommend them enough!
I had a great experience with Moonlight Mechanical coming out and replacing my unit. I needed a completely new outside unit and it also needed to be moved due to new city codes. They arrived on time, were very professional, highly skilled, and worked very efficiently. They had our new unit up and running in no time. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
I initially called out one of the big AC companies to fix my system. They quoted me $20 grand to replace the outdoor unit and the inside heat/blower unit. Needless to say, I wanted to get some more quotes. Moonlight Mechanical came out and did the job for less than half of that. Tommy was very informative and answered all of my questions clearly. Moonlight is the way to go! They were very gracious when I called and even came out on a holiday to fix my a/c. God Bless Them! It was so hot in my house. Tommy was fast, efficient and knew exactly what was needed to make the fix. And, his wife was very friendly and was easy to work with when scheduling the appointment. A BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH OF THEM! I will be using Moonlight from now on.
Great experience from beginning to end, Tommy, Kristy and the crew did a great job. Tommy- Owner did the estimate, made it easy to understand the equipment needed without up-charging for equipment, or upgrades to get a higher commission or suggesting unnecessary warranties to make a profit. I would recommend Moonlight Mechanical to all who ask.
