My gauge for the best Italian Restaurants is the gnocchi. This restaurant had amazing gnocchi in vodka sauce that rivals the best gnocchi I’ve ever had!!! The other 3 people in our party had amazing entrees as well! Order the house balsamic on your salad! Mangia!!!!!
Forgot sauce for my good friend's bruchetta and this is the 2nd time so she called and the Manager called her a liar~! Seriously, he actually used the word liar. Terrible customer service. Place is going to shit, do not support a business like this~!
Spicy sausage tortellini was outstanding!!! Highly recommend it
Moonlight is a wonderful place to go for a special occasion or just to have a casual lunch. Every time I've eaten here it's been great. A great gem in Dover.
The food is amazing, its small and crowded and everything you would normally hate in a restaurant that you completely and totally love about this place. DO NOT MISS A CHANCE TO EAT HERE!

Was here in Dover on a business trip to Sand and Refinish some hardwood floors. On our last day we chose to go out to eat. My god I'm glad we stopped at Moonlite Cafe. The food was amazing from it coming out hot, fresh, and tasting awesome. The waitress was on top of it!!! She asked us about questions we may have had and also had our drinks full.
