I grew up thinking I could trust a small mechanic before any big corporation. This man has proved me wrong beyond belief. The only time he seemed willing to give information is when he wanted our money. As soon as he got the deposit, I did not hear from him. 2 deadlines past and I started to feel like a stalker. The lawsuit with Owner Greg Wilson from Moonlight Automotive is finally over, and he did end up paying us a merciful sum for our RV. Up until that point he had given us many, many deadlines (2 month's worth), failing to complete the work on time + refusing to give us updates when asked, leading us to take the unfortunate route of court.

Poor Business Practices, Lawsuit, Bad Experience The lawsuit with Owner Greg Wilson from Moonlight Automotive is finally over, and he did end up paying us a merciful sum for our RV. NEVER DO BUSINESS I took my race motor there over a month and a half ago to have some stuff repaired on it was quoted a price & I PAID for it then. Still today I don't have it back. I've called several times checking on it they just keep on saying we're working on it will be done next week.

Really bad experience! Stay Away!!! My daughter and her fianc'e were on their way from Florida to meet her fianc'es mother when her car broke down in Indiana. She called AAA and was towed to Moonlight Automotive. She called me and told me the owner was really being a jerk, so I told her to call AAA and have it towed to the Chevy Dealership. The owner never discussed a charge to look at the car and when the tow truck showed up he wouldn't release it unless he was paid. Conflict of interest Moonlight Automotive is a contractor of AAA. My car broke down and they arrived to tow it. I asked for it to be towed to a lot owned by our family in Greenwood. The man said he would like for his shop to give me an estimate for an opportunity to repair the car. It took a day to get the estimate. I had it faxed to me. Worst Customer Service in my entire life. I DO not recommend. I have never been treated so badly in my life . I picked my car up after having $1,300 of work done and three miles up the road it overheated. I thought it was something with the thermostat and called the mechanics.
