Decided to make an appointment with the company, was told someone would be out between 11-3 so I took the day off from work to have the job done. I decided to call and attempt to get a ETA around 1, was told I’d be given a call. Well 3:30 rolls around and still nothing so once again I call for a ETA and was told I’d be getting a call soon, once again nothing.
