I would reconsider coming here if you dont like random crap added to your contract right in the middle for instance paying $15 trash charge on top of this ridiculous $20 valet trash bs like whos so lazy that you cant take the trash to the dumpster yourself a few feet. All they want is money money money most likely not staying here bc of this. Had zero say in any of it. Im not for that so if you are feel free to live here.
The Reserve At Moonlight is nothing like they advertise on the Internet. Do not live here if this is the first time you have ever lived in an apartment. You will be disappointed and shocked. Lots of mold!! Please read the negative reviews (if they haven’t been removed) as they are true. After 3 water leaks in the ceiling of my bathroom, mold grew. It took over 3 months to get it fixed. My car seats were in the extra storage wrapped up tightly and they were covered in mold! I had to throw them away. I also had the air tested ... read more

I was a tenant for four years (2018-2022) and would have lived here forever if I hadn't met the love of my life and needed to move out of state. The location is peaceful, the grounds are well-kept, the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and maintenance was always quick to fix anything that needed fixing. Well worth to anyone looking for a place to live!
