Living in this apartment has truly been a wonderful experience. As my first place on my own, it couldn’t have been a better home comfortable, quiet, and full of charm. The layout is open and bright, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The building itself is well-kept and peaceful, and I always felt safe. I want to give a shout out to Kevin and Christian for all the work they do at The Reserve at Moonlight. Kevin had recently completed some repair work in my bathroom. He took the time to explain the process of before and after a job takes place. The guys in maintenance have always been very kind and easy to work with. This review is only for maintenance!!
Where do I start.. Please think twice before moving to the reserve at moonlight. I gave my 60 day notice to move as required. Once you move in, forget about everything you saw online because it is fake. The bad reviews that you read online are true!! Just say no. The first year living here in the winter I was trying to sweep my parking spot and the staff came over and cleaned up my spot for me! I am so thankful for the office and maintenance staff here they have always been so kind and extremely helpful. The pool is beautiful this year, maintenance is always quick to fix things when we put in a work order.
The apartment is very nice, I love living here. Jenna and Lacey have been very helpful getting me into the apartment and with everything online. The maintenance man Ryan and Christian have helped with a few little things in my apartment. Thank you
