For the price not worth it . Trailers are from the seventy’s and can’t be insured . Owners are never here and just up the rent when u complain because I are in a “rental agreement “ not a lease so they can give u a fourteen day notice to move at anytime . We kept moving money aside cause we knew things were not going to improve … and they didn’t they got worse . Thank goodness we are out of there .
