Do NOT go to this practice especially Roberto Ugarte. I put my trust in this attorney only to be ignored after I paid him $3000.00. My calls and emails were left un answered. I had to seek representation from another lawyer. Honestly such a painful and money draining experience!!!

As the opposing party in a legal matter, I've had the unfortunate opportunity to witness the complete and utter train wreck that is Roberto's representation of his client. From the very beginning, it's been a masterclass in incompetence and unprofessionalism. First, there was the egregious blunder of requesting alimony, something absent from the agreement and exposing his total lack of preparation.
