This is my happy place! Every time I walk through the door I feel so welcomed by Matilda and Rick! The salt room brings me a sense of calm, allows me to fully stop and relax and the greatest health benefit is that it has made a big difference to my asthma and allergies!
This place is my haven! I suffer from asthma and chronic sinusitis so coming here really helps improve my health and supports my immune system ~ especially over the colder months! I do weekly salt and sauna sessions and my body really thanks me for it! It's my guaranteed moment of Zen in my hectic work schedule which I now can't live without! Also Matilda is an absolute gem who is always really loving and welcoming.
At first I was definitely a little sceptical about whether or not salt rooms actually do anything or they are placebo affect. But after 3 sessions dealing with a shocking flu I could actually breathe easier and I was finally able to see my new baby niece without any concern of getting her sick. The rooms are dark and warm and was even lucky enough to get a nice blanket to relax with. Would highly recommend checking out a salt room I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised in the best way
The centre is a great place, the salt therapy works well for lots of illnesses however, the director Ricardo 'Rick' owes me over $4500 and has not paid $1 in nearly two years and keeps evading returning the money. - Matilda, in ASIC records state the business is under Rick's name, there is no intent to harm you in anyway. I have said nothing bad about the salt therapy centre itself. Noting that the money I had loaned was given to assist the centre via Rick- so it could open its doors.
