The vet and tech were lovely efficient and professional Reception was very helpful
I have been going here for years and usually have a lovely experience with the vets. However today I visited for my cats 3rd dose of FIV and had an awful experience. John was an extremely unpleasant vet, rude to his staff and to me. He attended to another issue for 10 minutes while I waited with my stressed out cat in the surgery room, and then after looking for the FIV said he couldn't find any. I wish I could give them 10 stars, or a million stars if I’m honest! We’ve been very lucky to have previous amazing vets for years, but this team has gone above and beyond in a way I can’t describe and I couldn’t not leave a review. Our doggo stole a HUGE lamb bone on ANZAC day morning (when I say massive, I mean as big as his head!) and swallowed it whole. Not my regular vet, I came here in an emergency when my cat's condition rapidly deteriorated on a weekend. After 18 months of prescription food, blood pressure medication and frequent checkups, sadly her time was up. The vet here seemed knowledgeable and efficient and gets points for that, but she was completely cold and insensitive as she told me my options.
