My Mooncool e-trike arrived almost fully assembled and it took less than an hour to get it ready to ride. It has much more power and torque than I expected, and it is a lot of fun to ride. One fender had a small scratch on it, probably created during shipping. Mooncool support has been fantastic, and they promptly shipped a new fender to me.
This bike wasn't easy to assemble as it took my son and my husband numerous hours to try to assemble it but however couldn't complete the task so they took it to a bike shop near me and they're going to charge me at least $75 for reassembly I found out that someone else parts were backwards or or bent such as the pedal assembly. The company I took the bike to to get it assembled correctly told me that mooncool was famous for using spare parts to build their bike kits.
