Eric was so easy to work with! He helped us design our xeriscaping, what plants would work and actually where to put the plants. He’s very very responsive and always willing to help. It was a great experience!
Eric did an extremely professional job guiding us through our recent landscape project . His advice was perfect and the installation was flawless .
Gaven Brasker helped up immensely while we were looking for a new tree to plant for our yard! He was very patient with us while we made a decision and answered any questions we might have had and provided excellent service. I would recommend Moon Valley to anyone who may have landscaping needs!
Josh Hutfile with MVP Pro Care came by to check up on status on new tree plantings. He was very nice and provided a lot of information about the trees and a fertilizing schedule for me to follow.
This is a mixed feelings review. Anytime we are at the location talking to someone face to face, it goes great. They are helpful and seem very knowledgeable. However, if you have an issue and try to call in to speak with someone, that falls horribly flat. They are dismissive and have no sense of urgency to assist. Since we live outside of the Austin area, it is very frustrating to have to make the drive to have an issue resolved. I feel they need to work on this to maintain client relationships.
