Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and they over-delivered at every stage of the process. It's not cheap, but getting mature trees delivered and installed the right way does have value.
We had a fantastic experience at Moon Valley Nursery, especially working with Myles Click. We came in not really knowing what we needed — we just wanted our yard to look nicer and to add some privacy. Myles took the time to listen and ended up designing our entire yard for us. As a first timer, I wanted some assurance that what I would get would be properly handled and communicated. Yes the plants I purchased were planted and yes they removed the previous plants that were there. I did not understand everything I purchased. Whether that's on me for being air headed or on them for not communicating properly is up in the air. This includes the fact that the "cherries" on the Carolina cherry bushes I bought are actually poisonous to pets and people. They're literally cyanide. Birds can eat them. Good ... read more
