I bought a large Palm from the South Austin location and was beyond disappointed. My review is based on both the shopping experience and subsequent purchase of a very very expensive palm. With regards to the Shopping experience, I have to say this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had at a nursery in Austin. While their selection is visually impressive--probably the largest and most mature plants I saw in Austin area, they come with unbelievably high prices.
