I planted a whole backyard and some additional in the front this past September. Moon valley in particular Derek was very helpful in the entire process! From design to planting to care of the newly planted things. Recently I had a moving company run over my little just growing shrubs. I thought they were done for and I was out. But the moving company owned up and paid to replace them. Derek was still there willing to help out. I love my lemon tree. I was surprised at how fast they got it in. We had a small issue but the customer service was really helpful and took care of it super fast. I was very impressed.
We had a great experience with Michael and Eddie T and their crew. They were very helpful with choosing what plants would make us happy and patient with me changing the plants we ordered. Eddie and his crew were attentive to detail when planting, asking what direction I wanted trees facing to get the look I wanted. I highly recommend Moon Valley!
Eddie t and his guys were great. They go the extra mile to assist and get the job done quickly/cleanly. Great crew.
Just had Eddie T & his crew out. They did a great job planting my ficus columns & a tree. Also 2 bougainvillea. Very quick, on time. Cleaned up when finished. They did leave a business card w/QR code to scan for watering guide. I really liked the printed guide I received at my first purchase much better. Don’t hzve much luck with that QR stuff! I like the hard copy, easier to reference !
