Whatever you do DO NOT purchase anything from Moon Valley Nurseries. I purchased a tree in March of 2018. This tree was a memorial for my Mother who passed away in February. The sales person was great. In fact he talked me into spending twice my budget, this included a warranty as well. The tree died immediately. I started the process of having it replaced. I do not recommend this company at all, and please see attached video of the work that was done on my property by VMN. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, upset, and starting to become angry with the lack of response from management. And if this continues I have been documenting my experience and will seek legal matters if needed. It has been a week and management (Toni) has not called me back to arrange deliveries of flowers that were supposed to be planted on 5/26! Great selection, but the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you're not wanting to spend $20k on palms, you get treated like garbage and are promptly dismissed. Fortunately, there are many other local nurseries that are equally knowledgeable and will treat us with respect.
We purchased a magnolia tree in March.. when they loaded the tree on to the truck it had fallen off, the box broken open and the roots were exposed.. the foreman actually extended the warrant because of his concern for the health of the tree..the tree is not thriving and I’ve contacted the nursery twice only to be met with criticism as to my or my gardener’s care of the tree.. we paid $1500 and customer service is nonexistent..
Install trees correctly so they don't fall over. And if you make a mistake, come fix it and don't ignore the customer.
Would never step foot in anotherMoon Nursery. WAY to expensive than every other nursery I have been to today. Quality doesn't seem to be good to me!
Best Christmas tree shopping experience ever! ALL of their trees were beautiful and fresh. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Pricewise we actually paid less than we would have at Home Depot or Lowes! Thank you Moon Valley Nurseries.
