Well here we go again. A couple months ago Moon Valley Nurseries sends out a customer satisfaction survey and I gave them a terrible score because of the horrendous service we received with the 8 different plantings we went through only to still end up with a yard full of dead plantings. So they sent out MJ Alexander, supposedly the Regional Customer Service Manager. He came and alologized profusely making promises of making it right.
