We went to them because they would plant what you bought. Probably should have done it ourselves but that’s more on us not realizing that we had nothing set up and how that would affect what they planted- edging, weed barrier. When we went to pick out and buy everything? I had no idea what to get, what would look good. We met with Josh and he was helpful and knowledgeable. Made great recommendations. I’m really disappointed in this company. We bought two trees from them, a “giant” magnolia and a “huge” weeping willow. First off, everyone we spoke to was super nice and the crew that put the trees in were great. Also, the trees we got are beautiful. With the purchase of these trees we were required to buy “weather protection plans” and “mvp care”. The mvp care included three visits and care for our trees for the following year.
