I wish we went with a different company on our project. Once they have your money, the sales guys couldn’t care less about your issues (Deion & Christian) We originally wanted to stay within a certain budget, but were fooled into spending more. Our original project & budget was less than $3000. We got a great deal for around $2400, however we decided to change things up and instead go with something else for $2700 total. We just purchased 3 trees from Christian Hall at the Moon Valley Nursery in Carrollton, Texas. Christian was super informative and answered all of our questions with the utmost patience. The team at Moon Valley was great. Chase helped us pick out three great trees for our backyard and the install was fantastic. Everyone there is professional and wants to make sure you have a great experience.
Jeffrey was so helpful helping us finding a tree that needed to be replaced. He is so knowledgeable, and friendly. We are super happy with our new tree and his exceptional customer service . Definitely recomend him for your new tree purchase.
