This place is a joke. We bought tons of plants and trees for our new home. 27 hollys died within 2 weeks. When we reached out to get a solution, they said to give it 60 days as they needed to acclimate or recover from shock. It took months but they finally replaced them and lot and behold, exact same issue. Their products are inferior. We haven’t even bothered reaching out to them again as dealing with them is just more stress. We bought an equal amount of greenery from a different nursery and it’s thriving in the same yard.... read more
I am a current client of Moon Valley. Even after their initial planting they are very helpful. Just today, Eddie, who was just coming by to ensure that my plants were doing well, went above and beyond. I had a small palm seedling that was starting to grow under some rocks in a tight spot. He was able to retrieve the plant from a tough spot and transplant it to another area of my yard. They have been a pleasure to work with!

I am not a plant person … But went to moon Valley looking for stones…I didn’t plan on buying plants or flowers , I don’t know anything about it. However, Jeffrey Brown came and gave me so much information about Gardenias … I ended up buying a Gardenia and a Camelia plant . So happy with my purchase. The camelias have flower already . Thank you to Jeffrey for taking the time and patience for explaining every question I had . His customer service was the best !!! All employees there were so attentive and helpful!!!
This is a 5 star service nursery. The people are what really makes this place so great. Everyone has a great attitude and is very helpful. Quality products, quality service, and quality people. A+
