We've bought trees twice from Moon Nursery and have had excellent service both times. They are focused on providing the best solution for our landscaping needs. We have been impressed with many on their staff, but especially Gavin. He really has gone above and beyond in making sure every went well both before and after planting. We highly recommend Moon Nursery.

At Austin's Moon Valley store on Pond Springs Road, I met Mike Carman. He is excellent. He knows 2 critical things: 1., he knows his products very well, and 2. he understands the amazing value of a patient, empathetic customer service attitude. The nursery should understand what a remarkable employee they have in Mike. My wife and I will continue to consider Moon Valley above any other resource for our plant needs. We are happy campers, thanks to Mike's great services.
Moon valley and Gavin are the best! We had a great experience from start to finish and Gavin helped us out alot with choosing the right plants for our house. We’ll definitely be back.
