Moon Valley Nurseries provided healthy Mandarin and Arizona Sweet trees delivered/placed by Cesar J and his crew. They were on time, friendly, efficient, cleaned up the area like new before they left AND went beyond expectations as they examined the Lemon and Blood Orange trees MV planted for us last year and cleaned up the tree wells around those two trees. All was efficient, professional, and excellent on every level. Thanks, Moon Valley Nursery!
What a joke this place is. Went in and ordered a couple trees. Decided a couple days later to hire someone and do some other things and cancel the tree delivery that was a month out. I called two different days and was told that Toni would get back to me. After 5 days of waiting went in and had to wait for the person who sold the trees to help me. 10 minutes later he finally says it’s all in and Toni will be calling me. My husband and I called and visited Moon Valley Nursery in Peoria, AZ. We had to have a tree removed, the stump ground and another tree trimmed. We then had to find a replacement tree. When looking at our list from the HOA of tree choices, we were overwhelmed. LP Oviedo, Erick Martens, Micah Swinhart, and Jonathan made finding the right tree a breeze. What a great team. We just had a tree removed and would like to strongly recommend Moon Valley nurseries for doing a great job!! They took less than an hour to cut it down and the cleanup was wonderful - no mess at all!!!
Had a tree put in today and it was a wonderful experience.... Travis and his Team were very informative on every step, cleaned up and went over all paperwork at the End... And he was great he even sold me a Bird of Paradise plant....Can't wait to get it put in.....Thank you Pam and Scott Ogle...
I bought 4 trees last October. I declined the extended warranty because I thought what could go wrong..well my orange tree is struggling. I went to 7th street first and was told I could still buy warranty but needed to go to Pinnacle where I got trees. We got there and Erick greeted us! I explained my tree, showed pics and asked if I could still get a warranty. Yup I could.
