This doctor really cares. – I have been a patient since around 2000. Dr. Edison really cares about her patients and spend quality time with them. I have been to many doctors that would rather take 5 minutes to get a quick diagnosis on your problem. But not Dr. Edison. Yes it is true that it takes a while to see her but when you do it is well worth your time waiting. I have had many emergencies when I needed to see her that day and no one ever sent me elsewhere. Not Recommended – I have been a patient since 2004 and have found it virtually impossible to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. I have found myself in a vicious voice mail war with the office staff that, by the way, is extremely rude and uncaring. The two (2) times I have actually been able to schedule I have been given an appointment date months away. I would no recommend this office to my worst enemy !!
Avoid at all costs – I was a patient at this doctors office from 2004-2007. The last time I actually got to get an appointment was back in 2005. For the last two years everytime I called I was told to, "go to urgent care since we can not get you in". In 2006 I was hospitalized with a virus while pregnant. I still have not received the return phone call from that instance.
