Moon Valley has the best staff and doctors in the valley. They genuinely care about you and your pet. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
Great place to bring your pets!! The staff is top notch
Both staff and doctors are super sweet and take care of pets as if they are their own. I've been going to this vet for 28+ years and the care has never changed.
On June 15th I called to inquire about euthanasia & was told that in addition to the regular cost, there's an extra (& significant) charge of you want to stay in the room with your pet during the euthanasia. I called around & not only were most vets cheaper but they were appalled at the idea of a vet charging an additional fee for an owner to be in the room with their pet. Small little place that's tucked away but don't let that stop you, there's a great bunch of compassionate, caring and knowledgeable people working here! From the front desk to the techs, right up to the husband and wife veterinary team, I've been made to feel as if Ive been coming here for years with my two mastiffs. After a couple bad apples here in Phoenix I'm glad I've finally found a vet office I can trust with my gigantic slobbering children ;) (Prices have so far been very reasonable as well so another plus for them!)
They take such good care of my dog, Buster and his tummy issues. He actually LOVES going to see them. They have a great puppy plan and the whole staff is so sweet and helpful. Dr Lisa has been seeing mine and my family's pets for many years.
