I came here on Saturday and even booked an appointment the night before because there was 3 of us and I wanted to make sure we could all get our pedicures at the same time and didn’t have to wait. We walked in and there was only one other person who was getting a manicure. We were seated immediately which was great and asked what colors and pedicure package we wanted. The salon is clean, comfortable, and the finished product was great, however we waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before they started on my daughters nails. We were at the salon for 2 hours for a single service. I wish I could say that waiting this long to be seen for a service is a one off event, but this happens every time I come to this salon. Be prepared to wait if you book online.
This salon is beautiful and I have really enjoyed kelcee and Jodie doing my nails here in the past thank you. however recently I scheduled an appointment with Jodie at 4:30 pm online and that was not honored and I found myself having a bad customer service experience with Tina - after arriving to my appointment on time for Jodie I waited 30 minutes, Tina started my nails (press ons by the way) and had a very rude attitude towards me- I really have no idea why.
