Worst pedicure I have ever received. Called and made an appointment ahead of time for my daughter and I. We were the only 2 in there and the owner proceeded to make the only other person there so both pedicures. My daughter got hers and I had to wait for her to be done and then she proceeded to start on my. Didn’t fill water to soak and was very rude in not asking what type of a pedicure I wanted, didn’t scrub my feet, basically took off my polish and threw a coat of gel in them. Tasha is amazing, detail oriented and superb
I went on sept 25th around 6:00 PM. The lady who did my pedicure was very rough with my toes and cut my skin around my toenails pretty bad. She gave me attitude the whole time as well and had to redo my French tip about 8 or 9 times. By time I was done my toes felt horrible and sore because of the pulling and scraping. If you can find out who was working at that time I would recommend finding out who it was and having a long training with customer service and just being a nice human in general. I did a basic pedicure with Tina she is very professional and very nice person she did an amazing job i love how my food turns soft also the atmosphere over there is amazing..
I came here on Saturday and even booked an appointment the night before because there was 3 of us and I wanted to make sure we could all get our pedicures at the same time and didn’t have to wait. We walked in and there was only one other person who was getting a manicure. We were seated immediately which was great and asked what colors and pedicure package we wanted.
