I wish I knew about abdominal massage forever ago! I have suffered from painful menstrual issues since I was young. I take all the supplements and I am very active but nothing has truly helped. Michelle is an angel and truly gifted! I feel so refreshed, relaxed and my cramps have significantly improved.
I cannot recommend Michelle or the work she does/teaches enough. A little background, I had 2 traumatic pregnancy losses in 2023 and into 2024. We were never given any explanations. In early 2025, we found out we were pregnant again. At around 11 weeks I started getting very uncomfortable and having pain in my pelvis and inner hip areas. My OB brushed it off as “normal,” and something that would “get worse” as I progressed. Michelle is amazing! I truly believe her care and skill helped me on my journey to getting pregnant. Now that I'm expecting, I've continued seeing her throughout my pregnancy, and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about working with expecting moms. Every session leaves me feeling so much better. I'm beyond grateful for her and can't recommend her enough!
I have been going to see Michelle a few months postpartum. My SI joints took a hit after birth and everytime I go for my massage, I leave feeling better after a long week of work. Michelle is very knowledgeable and talented in what she does. I always look forward to my appointments. I am so excited for my healing journey and working with Michelle (:
I can’t say enough about Michele’s knowledge and information I gained in my session. Everything I experienced was so very relaxing and soothing and I love that I was given education to self treat at home.
