My partner and I were interested in a townhouse for rent. We both dealt with an agent by the name of John Chang. At first he was responsive to my partner. We saw the place, waited a week, then decided to apply. I contacted John again by text asking how to apply, and instead of answering a simple question, he asks what my FICO score and monthly income was. I told him my income alone was 10k a month.
