Update: I really used to love this place but they no longer provide the quality or service that they used to. They are extremely overpriced and do not do the best job anymore. Save your money and go elsewhere for your nails. For pedicures they’re still great, but nails you will be disappointed. They are the best! Cindy does an amazing job with nails! I had the most amazing experience at Moon Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staffs were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel valued throughout my visit!!!
I’m really disappointed with my experience. We explained and showed the lady twice exactly what we wanted, but she still did something completely different. Another staff member had to step in to help because she wasn’t understanding what we were asking for. When I brought it up at checkout and said I didn’t ask for that service, they still charged me for it. It’s frustrating to be billed for something I didn’t request, and I expected better communication and accountability.
