I had the most amazing experience at Moon Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staffs were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel valued throughout my visit!!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience. We explained and showed the lady twice exactly what we wanted, but she still did something completely different. Another staff member had to step in to help because she wasn’t understanding what we were asking for. When I brought it up at checkout and said I didn’t ask for that service, they still charged me for it. It’s frustrating to be billed for something I didn’t request, and I expected better communication and accountability.

Really just an upsetting experience overall. I called ahead and told them exactly what services I needed and was told an exact price.. once it was time to pay the price changed bc I needed “something different”although he didn’t mention the difference as he just did the service. I already had to pick multiple colors as the colors listed were not the same colors. Then as I went to get my toes done the guys gloved ripped and was superglued to my toe.
