RecommendedHighly recommend! Moon Marine was very helpful with the purchase of our first pontoon boat in 2019. After a tree landed on it in a storm, causing total loss, they helped us through the insurance process and we bought our replacement boat through them. Super friendly and great service!
I recently took my boat to Moon Marine because the carbs on my 2009 Honda 25 HP needed cleaning. It had sat for a year and the carbs were gummed up. They quoted me a ridiculous amount to pull carbs. $600 to $700 on the low end. I was told that "hydro-boiling" is time consuming and expensive. We called another dealer and were told the entire 3 carb assembly could be "replaced" for around $350 and just a cleaning would be $150. We ended up getting charged $75 for a new gas cap for my tank. RecommendedJust bought a boat from here. Found it on craigslist. Had Great experiences thruout. I think i called or emailed 4 or 5 times. Never pushy. He gave me a approx on a trade. He even emailed when the factory offered a rebate. I came and everything was good and was within his range on my trade. Place was not new and shiny and my dad even commented on how clean it was. Brought my ranger 621 with merc verado 300 in last week talked with Mike over phone about problem I was having with main motor and told him I was in a tournament the following weekend he said he wasn't guaranteeing anything, it was a head scratcher but he pulled it off, I can't say enough good things about the service there, it's outstanding and Mike a great guy to work with.
Great dealership! Very accommodating! If they can't help you they actually call around to find someone who can.
