I have gone here since I was little girl, about 17 years now, and Dr. Moon is the most sincere, caring, and results-driven doctor I've ever had. After I moved an hour and a half away a few years ago, I tried to find another PCP, seeing several others, but no one could compare. For years I made the drive to and from my new town just to see her specifically. I have now recently moved across the country, so I cannot do that now unfortunately. I will miss her dearly. I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr. Moon is great, however, some of her staff who are responsible for dealing with the public are rude and either emotionally or just really personality challenged. It makes it hard, because Dr moon is good, her nurse is good, her facilities are good, her advice is good, but you don’t want to go to her office because of the BAD VIBE. Her reception staff SUCKS. They never get anything done for you except take your money with no smile, no emotions, nothing much for there.
Price gouging to the fullest! People with a limited income cannot get the help they need. She is only trying to make a killing off this needed medication. People with cancer, anxiety, ptsd, bi-polar, or a variety of other illnesses, cannot and should not use this doctor.

My husband and I were patients until I retired. We were so sad that this gifted doctor does not accept our Medicare Advantage, which is now our insurance. She suspected my husband's cancer and referred him to a surgeon before it metasticized; she sent me directly to the hospital when I experienced DVT and pulmonary embolism. Her office staff are genuinely concerned, friendly, and helpful. All of this is rare in modern medical practice.
I love Dr. Moon. She has excellent bedside manner and her staff is caring and easy to work with. She has no problem with running test or referring out to get her patients proper help.
To many patients. Must make appointments at least a month or more in advance or take your chances by just showing up and waiting till they can squeeze you in.
