I cannot recommend Moon Junk Removal highly enough. They were referred to me following the passing of a family member, and because I live out of town, I had to place a great deal of trust in them. I booked online a few days ago to come remove a mattress and box springs. Got a booking confirmation email and a reminder email day-of. We moved the mattress and the box springs to the garage, moved our cars, did the whole thing then we waited. Moon was a no-show. No calls, texts, emails, follow-up, nothing. Didn't answer my calls or texts. I really hope this isn't a scam company, but now we need to find another junk service to pick up this mattress.
Call several places to have a hot tub removed. Then called Moon Junk removal. They were almost half the price of other junk removal companies. They did a great job, I would call them again.

They were efficient, quick, and reasonable.... read more
I contacted Moon for furniture removal, they showed up the same day and removed the furniture. This is my third time using Moon. They are very respectful. I enjoy doing business with this company, and will continue to use them.
