Call several places to have a hot tub removed. Then called Moon Junk removal. They were almost half the price of other junk removal companies. They did a great job, I would call them again.
1st Time customer. My wife and I asked if any of our friends knew of a service we could use to "declutter" our house. Moon Junk Removal, was the recommendation ! Word of mouth is almost always better, so we gave them a call. They were easy to communicate with, showed up ON TIME (which is key for me). Zack, greeted me at my door, he was professional and personable. His partner (also named Zack), whom I believe is "The Lead", greeted me with the same professional/personable demeanor. I contacted Moon for furniture removal, they showed up the same day and removed the furniture. This is my third time using Moon. They are very respectful. I enjoy doing business with this company, and will continue to use them.
Made an appointment for 10AM online and quickly realized it conflicted with another prior engagement. I called numerous times, left a voicemail, and sent an email asking if we could reschedule for sometime in the afternoon, only to get an email saying the appointment was cancelled the next day. No follow up. No voicemail. Nada. Most other Trash/Junk Removal companies I’ve worked with do everything they can to get business but Moon Junk just falls flat in this area.
Like them a lot, will definitely use them again soon.
