worse place ever. the staff is very disrespectful and Unfriendly. The lady is so rude she needs some matters.

BUGS IN BEDS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Within 5 minutes of arriving, before we could even unpack, my fiance spotted a bug crawling on one of the beds. After further investigation, we found more bugs in BOTH beds and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I promptly went to the office to report our findings and ask for a refund. I book a room there. When I didn't like the location of the room and we told there was no more rooms available. So I said ok as I went into the room. I notice it wasn't clean up. There was no clean towels and no toilet paper. The bathroom tub and sink was dirty and filthy. So I went back to the front desk and for the room to be cleaned or my money back. I took a leap of faith hoping that the Moon Inn Hotel would be half decent; it's not even close. Upon arriving, I was asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card; I chose card. Two minutes later, the man upfront is telling me I need to pay cash because his card reader isn't working. I pay and proceed to my room. I try to turn on the TV; the remote doesn't work. Thank you for your professionalism & nice room! The young man thay checked us in was extremely pleasant in three middle of the night. Neither of us had change, so he took it upon himself to run down the road to get change and brought it to my room. The room was clean and will lit.
