I only used the drive thru so can't speak on the atmosphere but will have to check it out one day. Drive thru was convenient and they have tons of drink options. I ordered the Morning Tail and just a regular coffee with some hazelnut added. Lots of hazelnut. Both were tasty. Check it out.
