5 stars Long overdue shout out to Moon Automotive for always taking care of my auto repairs with expertise and compassion. I won’t go into detail about how they have been a blessing to me, but if you need an HONEST mechanic, I highly recommend and would ONLY use Moon Automotive in Mount Olive.

Absolutely love the team at Moon Automotive. They recently did oil change and let me know about a wheel bearing that was bad. I made an appointment to have my car done and expected to have to wait a long time like with most shops in the area but I went to lunch with my daughter and when I got back my car was done and ready for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These folks listened and fixed the things I asked them to. They were very courteous and did not try to sell additional services. Got my 20 year old truck running great. Worked until the transmission was in like new condition. Highly recommend.

I have to say I have known these guys for a long time and I appreciate being able to take my 2013 Cadillac in for anything and know that these guys will not only take great care of it but also treat me fairly and give me honest advise on what it needs. They are not pushy in any way. They will recommend things that might need service in the near future but never push you like you have to do it right this minute. And that is something I can respect. Thanks to Lonnie Moon and your whole staff.

These guys are amazing!! I took my car for an oil change and they were friendly and helpful. Had my oil change done in no time. I will bring my car here from now on.

We chose Moon because of the reviews and unfortunately we did not receive 5 star service! My moms car was towed there freshly washed and in excellent non running condition and when we picked it up, there was mud slung all over her car and a hole at the bottom of the drivers side door! Adam, the worker, was very apologetic and said he would have the part by Tuesday to fix the car. I found more body damage and demanded a return a call back from Lonnie Moon and after multiple attempts of calling and only getting Adam including my brother calling and only getting Adam stating “Lonnie works as an aircraft mechanic and dealing with FAA and will call you back!” NOBODY HAS CALLED US! My moms car had to be towed to another mechanic because it continued to break down! This situation absolutely infuriated me because this is the very reason why folks are Leary to use mechanics! It’s been over a week and still no phone call returned...no nothing! I have now contacted an attorney!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moon Automotive in Mt Olive!!!

I could not recommend Moon Automotive enough. They are honest men and are quick to correct their mistakes if any. Don’t just go off of anyone’s opinions, things aren’t always as they seem, try them for yourself.

I can’t say enough about the guys at Moon Automotive! They went above and beyond to find and quickly repair the issue with my car. Their professionalism, knowledge, fairness, and helpfulness cannot be matched! I highly recommend these guys! 5 STARS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
