My experiences with Moon Audio have been really quite good. What sets them apart from the other high end audio places is that they have actual human beings to talk to and get advice from. I've gotten wonderful information from their sales team as well as excellent troubleshooting over the phone with those guys. They make it very costly to return small purchases -- other than shipping and a 10% restocking fee, they charge a minimum $25 restocking fee. Will never buy from Moon Audio again; there are too many other good options that have more reasonable return policies.
Ownership is incredibly mean. It’s always someone else’s fault.
Customer service has degraded since I first started purchasing gear from Moon Audio. Days can go by after customer outreach, or it never comes. Different information from different people, each can have misinformation is given. I really enjoy their cables but there are plenty of other quality cables these days. Unlikely to order from them again.
I bought some headphones from their website because they had the best price. They shipped and delivered fast and were exactly what I ordered. Thanks!
