I was worried since my last 2 hair experiences somewhere else were very unsatisfying and it was someone I had used several times. As soon as Natalia started talking to me about what we wanted to accomplish I knew I had the right person! She knew exactly what she was doing and the end results was more than I could have hoped for. It has now been 5 weeks and my hair still looks amazing and usually by now I'm running to grab color to touch up my roots. Thank you Natalia, I look forward to seeing you again.

Annoyed….. changing precious rating from 5 to 2. While all the comments below are true and Nat is wonderful, i am very frustrated as i live out of state and called requested hair formula 5 days before my appt out of state and no one followed up with me. I called again the morning of at 10am left a message with no return call and again at 1, to be told i was SOL. The gentleman was not at all helpful or apologetic in anyway. The services are great! Natalie at Mooi hair salon is the real deal, she understood my hairstyle and gave me tips to cut it and style it. That comes with a true understanding of your customer and came with great conversation! Overall great experience and will definitely come back to support the business!
