One of the best salon experiences ever. Nat listens and makes her magic work with color and style in a chillaxed, fun environment. And she really takes her time to get to know you as a person, making you comfortable and leaving as your best version of you. Definitely go.
I was disappointed with my experience at this salon. The stylist was very friendly, but the result didn’t turn out as I hoped. Even though I asked for layers and showed pictures of the style in my mind, the cut didn’t match what I asked for. There are only two sharp cuts in the front and that’s it. Even my coworkers were surprised that I didn’t get any layers. My friend also had to try to fix the edge of my back. The price which was $70 without tax was not worth it. I visited Mooi for the first time in November 2024 and have been going there monthly ever since. Nat is my stylist and always does a great job shampooing, trimming and styling my hair. I also feel very welcome at Mooi and enjoy talking with her about hair care and many other topics. Mooi is a high quality salon and its also good value for money.
I’ve had my perm done twice now with Brian, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Each time, my hair has turned out absolutely amazing- perfect curls, healthy, and exactly what I wanted. Mooi Salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a great vibe, but Brian truly makes the experience next level. Absolutely AMAZING service. I’d always had problems with getting my hair cut, it seemed no barber shop or salon in the area was able to cut my hair correctly. That changed today, as I got the most amazing haircut. The process was smooth, great prices, and amazing vibes overall.
