We had Jackson and Rafa move our furniture and appliances. Although a dent occurred on our fridge due to the dynamics of the previous house set up, we acknowledge the team’s hard work, professionalism and efficiency. Jackson was really apologetic and understanding and made an effort to assist even with a discount. Move with Moofer!
I moved out twice with the Moofer's help and recommend them to anyone who wants to do it by professionals.
The Moofer itself is amazing and has a good customer service. It's just that, on the day, the removalist happened to have some hiccup with the truck that it got delayed by around 2 hours. Thus we had to pay more. Hopefully this feedback can be used to improve the service.
We used Moofer twice in 2 weeks and they did a sensational job both times. Jackson was very friendly and helpful over the phone and organised move with only a few days notice. On the day my mover Lawrence and his teammate arrived on time, were super friendly and wasted no time lugging all my heavy junk downstairs.
