We recently tried to purchase a home that he was selling. Not only was he not listing his bids to the actual sellers themselves, they demanded full price. We received very little paperwork. Upon inspection, we realized that the property disclosure was falsified. There are key issues with the foundation, spliced electrical, and many other things. We were only told about a heating issue. I will first say that I appreciate the reply. I am not without reason in this matter. I will say that while a different perspective is a part of any conflict resolution, it does not change the facts. Your explanation seems to suggest that you were personally there, being the carpenter and handyman fixing boards and various items on the house.
