Very responsive. They provided service right away and checked back to ensure I was satisfied.
The folks at Moody's were so kind and responsive. They knew how hard it would be to have no AC in Texas, in July, and they responded immediately. Zach, our technician, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We feel blessed to have gone with Moody's for our AC needs.
When I call them they came out the same day and repaired the problem I had. I also used them for our church service for heating and air.
