Called to look into just resources and was poorly greeted. I was asked if I had applied for bc housing and immediately spoken down to being asked "so why are you calling me", I hardly had the opportunity to Express I was just looking and researching resources in the community. Instead I was told off and dismissed as if I had committed a heinous crime.
