Absolutely awful! I got a $1000 gift card a few years ago as a gift. I had been planing on buying a 5K engagement ring for my girlfriend. I made a big deal about it and brought my girlfriends daughter with me to help pick it out. I unsealed the UNMARKED envelope and there was my gift card with an expiration date! The store wouldn’t do anything. Said they already “wrote it off” and offered me $30 off $1000 earrings . They had my ring for five weeks. They told me it would be two weeks which I still thought was a bit long compared to other jewelers I’ve used. After two weeks I got the call it would be even longer. I didn’t have it for Mother’s Day, which was a hard day for me since I’ve just lost a baby. My husband asked for a discount for the long wait and inconvenience, they said no. Needed my rings to be resized. They had the rings for nearly three weeks. My wedding band fits perfectly. However the engagement ring does not fit. These rings came in a set so they should be the same size. Very disappointed in Moody’s.
