I would give negative stars if I could. Long story short, they lost my ring, did a wrong repair to a new ring they tried to play off as mine, and said all of this could've been avoided if I didn't buy a "fashion" ring. I wanted a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. Do not waste your time or money here. Yes, they have beautiful jewelry, but their workers are rude and will take advantage of you.
Service is always great.
My Fiancé and I went in to get an idea on wedding rings. We didn’t end up finding anything we would purchase but Peggy was very kind and knowledgeable! :)
