The folks at the Broken Arrow location are wonderful. I dropped off an older watch off for a service and repair of the movement. This was a watch that needed to be sent to the manufacturer's service center. The manufacture service center did a warrantied repair but the repair barely lasted a week, after which the manufacture service center stated they could not service the watch further.
