Incredibly rude, unprofessional, deplorable people run this establishment. If you can avoid this place, you should. I have never had such a terrible interaction, with such horrible people, at a business that I was trying to give thousands of dollars to. I have State Farm insurance, so if you do as well, don't trust that because they work directly with State Farm that they are competent. they are lazy and will treat you like garbage throughout the entire process. Recently, our daughter's car was scratched by another driver in a parking lot. We brought the vehicle to Moody's and, without an appointment, were able to have it looked at. Furthermore, Travis took the time to buff out the scratches leaving our daughter's car looking like new. What a relief! Incredible customer service...every time. Highly recommend.
