Dr Mihyu is a kind man and clearly helpful. I forgot to tell you how kind Claire and Ashley are who answer the phones. They are professional and I love my Doctor Moody. He is new and attentive and cares about older people. But the wait is short and the doctor visit is "nonscary" and helpful. I am older and he is so kind to older people. Like most people you talk to people setting in the foyer and the older people are treated with respect and THEY TAKE MY INSURANCE.
Dr Mihyu is a kind man and clearly helpful.
First of all he lied to me about a couple things he told me in person. Then I got a noticed that I didn't keep an appointment when I had none and the company policy about that. Then I had another provider in the same company that had me in literal tears because she didn't want to really listen to me and had an attitude to the point I had to call and complain to the manager and I haven't heard back from the manager.
