My upstairs air unit went out couple weekends ago and Houston sent someone out that Monday morning for service. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, repairing the unit in a very short period of time. There was an issue that perhaps only a little old women as myself would acknowledge, but Houston was professional and courteous as he addressed and corrected the issue promptly. Woke up in the morning and discovered my ac unit had quit. Being the middle of summer and the temp reaching record temperatures I figure I’m going to suffer for a day or two.
