Not very well run, someone is ALWAYS dropping the ball when it comes to getting things done, and the communication is horrible. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache.
WARNING DO NOT USE THE MOODY GROUP LEON IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGER HE WILL LIE TO YOU . HE KEPT OUR DEPOSIT AFTER HE LEFT US IN A HOUSE WITH SEWAR BACK UP FOR 3 MONTHS READ HIS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REPORT HES DONE IT TO OTHERS DO NOT USE HIM HE WILL LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU! HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PRIVACY DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!!!
In the 1 1/2 years that we rented from Moody Group was easy and there employee's are woderful, Vanesa is very sweet and always got the job done, when we had any issue with the property Mr.Leon Moody himself actually came out to see the issue and assured us he would take care of it, I would definitely recommend Moody Group...
