Great hotel with a lot to do. Valet services by Lora were awesome! She was so kind and quick.
You are charging gratuity on tax, instead of just on food? Is that even allowed?
Earl and I had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Lora who worked outside with valet department. She was such a blessing, making sure we were alright and picked up after visiting the Aquarium and the IMAX. Lora and everyone were exceptional. Will come back again.
Asking for a manager everyone will there will give you the run around to not pass you to a manager took 3 days to talk to someone and still couldn’t get a manger to call me back soooo unprofessional they don’t care. I left an expensive item in my room you would think they will keep it safe but nope.
