We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel located far away from downtown but it has everything you need.
Did not stay at the hotel. I ate at the hotel and was able to tour the hotel. I also had the opportunity to go to the attractions. I was there for a car show at the convention center. It was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was incredible. The premises were extremely clean. The restrooms were constantly being cleaned. Waiters and waitresses in the dining room were exceptional.Every staff member I met was knowledgeable of all the events that were going on, along with knowing the hotel itself. We had a wonderful experience! Michele got us checked in and was absolutely fantastic-friendly, professional, and very helpful. She even gave us great recommendations for nearby activities, which made our trip even better. We were able to do the early check-in which was super convenient. The hotel itself has something for everyone, making it a perfect fit whether you're visiting as a couple, with friends, or with family. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and the swim up bar.
Too far from the best parts of Galveston Island. It is in the middle of long stretches of low income housing. Money grabbing management may not be doing enough to give back to the local community. Overpriced and poor service at the front desk. Billing errors made me decide to NEVER stay thete again. Why go tbete at all!?
