The location of the hotel is not very convenient and it is very expensive. It is not located close to restaurants and shopping. Unless you plan to visit the Waterpark it is just too far away and you have to take an Uber. We stayed in February before a cruise and it's not located close to the port. The rooms are large, but the beds are hard and very uncomfortable. However, with that being said, the lobster bisque was excellent and made all of the other things less upsetting!
As previously mentioned, the hotel is still in need of upgrades and renovation. Unfortunately, our check-in experience this past week was disappointing. The front desk associate kept her head down the entire interaction, which came across as unwelcoming and inattentive. We also had difficulty finding our room due to unclear directions, and the parking situation was not explained well at all. Got here a little earlier and the girls at the front desk were wonderful in assisting me...they explained everything I needed to know and they also helpex with acquiring tickets to the attractions
