I know most people don't want to read a long review. So I will keep it short. DO NOT rent from Moody and Associates. It was a nightmare from day one until we had to send a demand letter and meet with Michaels DAD for mediation to get even a little bit more of our security deposit. You can expect a yearly rent increase, and a $300 per day fine if your friends visit with their pets. Mr. Moody increased our security deposit because one of my roommates had a credit score under 700. When we moved out, He only returned most of our deposit after we sent him official notice.
Great company! Honest and fair.
Craig took over a property we had rented for 12+ years. The first couple years were ok. They didn’t do any repairs we asked for. But we did most of the repairs anyway. It was a 1970s home that needed a lot of work. We had asked for the roof to be fixed. It’s had a big hole animals were getting into. It never was repaired.
