Professional and intelligent staff on Polo Road, Winston-Salem!
Do not come here if you have NC Medicaid, they will not accept you as a patient, even if you have other insurance, even if you offer to be a cash patient, you have Medicaid it’s a automatic no. Which I think is terrible, in a world that encourages people to take care of your mental health- this place will trigger your mental health. Go elsewhere!
Once was pretty good but now fired all therapists at all locations and only push pills. Also experienced multiple billing errors (extra charges).
My daughter was seeing Kalyn at this location. Kalyn is super passive aggressive and one sided. After a year and a half of my daughter living with her dad I am now dealing with Parent Alienation. Kalyn is a part of the parental alienation as she puts thoughts into my daughter’s head. I had to file a complaint with the medical board on her in 2021 and she had to apologize 20 times and of course I didn’t believe it. She is always one sided. Whoever is answering the phone needs to be retrained as to what they do when they’re asked. I have borderline personality disorder, and I was calling to figure out what the center does to help people like me. All she could say was “evaluations”.. what does evaluations mean? What are they evaluating? When I asked her this, she said “I couldn’t tell you, I’m not the provider, all we do is evaluations” .. good thing thing I looked on their website because they definitely do more than evaluations!
