Office staff is rude and unprofessional. There is no attention to detail or the needs of the patients. Clinical PA’s are not treated with respect. Trusted relationships are not given any value or importance. My providers have both left the practice or been let go with no notice to me. No consideration for medication needs. This is a horrible place.
My therapist is amazing and I have progressed a huge amount. I would like to note that during my therapy session I was reminded of my outstanding balance with MTC. The therapist apologized for asking but it is SOOO inappropriate and somewhat triggering to discuss payment during a session. The receptionist called me about an hour after my appointment and told me that she went ahead and ran my card on file for my copay without my expressed permission.(the receptionist had not arrived yet when I left my appt.)
I’m not a patient - but I saw many reviews about not being able to get ahold of someone. However, I called to see if they take my insurance - and I was able to get through right away. The woman that answered was very helpful, and while they don’t take my insurance, she was able to guide me to places that do and took the time to help me.

Our family lost three grandparents in a short time, and after losing my maternal grandma, it really hit me harder than expected. I went to MTC and worked with Matt, who has been absolutely wonderful with grief, loss, and trauma. His approach using DBT and on occasion EMDR has been life-changing.
