update on their service quality.. i have been going here for over a year now, while most of the nail tech are reasonable- this lady named Vivian upset me to the core with her attitude, she was extremely rude - when i showed her a color on instagram she very rudely said we don’t have that line…period- well, usually they try to find match but not this lady! I visited today for a gel manicure and lux pedicure , The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed that the 7-minute hot stone massage mentioned during the service for pedicure was not really provided. The overall experience felt rushed, and it wasn’t what I expected. I hope they improve this for future customers.
Overpriced nail salon worst nail salon in Fremont they have no integrity overpriced for crappy service. Don’t waste your money Go anywhere else in Fremont but here. Go somewhere where the people are honest and show you respect for paying your hard earned cash. The service here is the worst.
I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my visit. The technician who did my manicure was wonderful, professional, and kind. However, my experience with Andy during the pedicure was completely different. Andy strongly pushed me to upgrade to a service I did not want. When I politely declined and requested a regular pedicure instead, his attitude immediately changed.
