Kim was fantastic! She looked at the reference picture I brought and made my nails even better than the image. She is incredibly talented and my massage could not have been more relaxing.

I am beyond disgusted by the way I was treated at Mood Nail Lounge. I stayed loyal to this place for a year, but the moment I stopped getting gel manicures and switched to regular polish to protect my brittle nails, suddenly I was treated like I was a problem. My nails were damaged because of anemia and vitamin D deficiency, and gel was making them worse, so I chose regular polish for my health. Theresa was annoyed from the beginning of my nail appointment. She did ask what service I would like, she automatically said Gel-X and when I said I wanted acrylic on my actual nails she walked away to gathering the products needed for acrylic with an attitude and had nail tips to put on my nails when I never asked for nail tips.
