I’ve been a loyal customer for six visits, but my experience today with Steven was incredibly disappointing. From the start, he seemed agitated and treated basic requests like a manicure as an inconvenience. He was rough with the buffer, nearly stripping my nail beds, and failed to properly trim or clean my nails. To make matters worse, he spent the appointment speaking about me to the receptionist in another language. This is a very nice nail salon. I recently moved to the neighborhood and needed a new salon and I am glad to have found them. I only had my nails done this time, but Iam looking forward to my pedicure using the lush bombs. It was nicely decorated as well.
Today was my first day and it was very smooth, clean, although I had my two boys and we did bring some snacks and I had my boys cups with them in case they get thirsty the short chubby lady with black short bob threw one of my kids cups in the garbage without my permission and she threw my snacks away that I had with me instead of just asking she just tossed in the garbage and I paid 20.00 dollars for those character cups I felt that was kind of odd but they did offered them variety of treats definitely kid friendly vu did m... read more
This was my first time here and wow I was so impressed! Very pretty and clean salon, very kind workers, and beautiful work. I wanted something very natural and clean and that’s exactly what I got. I will definitely be going back.
