I’ve been seeing Dr. Herrara for around 6 months and have been very pleased with my treatment plan. I’m given thorough explanations, options for treatment, and the appointments never feel rushed. Their medical assistant is so incredibly friendly and the environment is very clean and welcoming. The waiting area is spa like, and the offices have comfortable seating with no harsh lighting. Waiting for a week now for them to call after a referral with ASAP on it for my multiple brain surgeries their rushing before Christmas from combat! When I called I was just short blown off by being told "we'll call you whenever the doctor says to schedule a appointment." I was sent here by head of MSU NEUROLOGICAL, saying he wants me in asap before my surgeries! THESE PEOPLE ARE HOLDING UP MY SURGERY!!! YOUR WELCOME FOR YOUR FREEDOM! I have had a great experience at MOOD. Every aspect of their service was not just good, but exceptional. From the scheduling, to a user-friendly portal, a clean and relaxing environment, and most importantly, a caring and compassionate service was provided. The staff are very organized and professional. Morgan was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and understood. It’s been a long time since I have experienced such great service from beginning to end.
