I have been trying to terminate our service since 12/2/2021. I never received a call back, so my third attempt was made today. I was on the phone (not hold) for 76 minutes and 35 seconds, was transferred to two separate departments and two people and had to repeat myself over and over. I asked for the terms of our contract, was told that they don't have access to that, and when I asked for an account manager, it was explained to me that all they could do is send a message to that department.
