I really enjoyed the service from barista he was very nice and helpful. Now they said that they had a water view which was not 100% factual. The view is behind glass and the area is small. The coffee shop is very small family owned business it’s peaceful. It’s quite great place to study have a friendly coffee date.Dubai chocolate crepe very good
Amazing Place The cold Brew is amazing and I’m not even a coffee person, The view is astonishing!! UPDATE 2026 BREAKFAST HERE IS INSANELY GOOD!
Absolutely loved this coffee spot! The owner was incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve had, especially the mango latte it was amazing! I highly recommend stopping by. Great coffee, great service, and a great experience!

Such a wonderful coffee shop! Very friendly, warm and welcoming. My new favorite place to stop by while out cycling. Food is fresh and delicious- love the avocado toast!! Always greeted with a smile and service is great. Hands down the best coffee shop I’ve been to in the Sugarland area. It’s a hidden gem.
