Just long lines
I got to Moo Moo whenever im visiting family back here in Columbus-I usually go to the one by Alum Creek/Livingston but today I went to the one by the walmart in Whitehall...kinda chaotic, really packed 20 minutes before close. People were getting into the member only line when it was shorter and was trying to pay cash/card which slowed up those two lines. The designated cash/card line moved pretty quickly. Drivers were lowkey rude when lining up to get into actual car wash & the lot to vacuum was kinda like the parking lot ... read more
Very busy and one of the worst washer I ever got. More the half of the vacuums were out of order. Vacuum area filthy. Not worth the money at all.
Expensive as hell.
